Isabelle is a Certified USA Powerlifting Club Coach and a 11 time World Champion Powerlifter. She competes for the International Powerlifting Federation (IPF) and USA Powerlifting. Isabelle's passion is powerlifting. She loves to compete and she loves to teach. Whether you're a veteran or a newbie to powerlifting, she's eager to share her knowledge.

Kelly Bartleson, PT

Kelly K Bartleson is a Physical Therapy Specialist in Spokane, Washington. She has over 17 years experience working with orthopedic conditions and specializing in Evidence based return to sport testing and augmentation with video. She will be offering individualized Selective Functional Movement Assessment (SFMA) for anyone interested during the conference. This will help find where your limitations during movement are so you can address them in your training.

 In 2013, Rachel became the youngest person in USA Weightlifting (USAW) history to head coach an international team.   A national coach for USAW and Club Coach for USA Powerlifting, she is also a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS-NSCA) and runs a variety of strength sport events for powerlifting, weightlifting, and grip sport.

Liane Blyn has over 20 years of experience as a strength coach, athletic trainer, business owner and international competitor. She is currently the Director of Sports Performance- Olympic Sports at Arizona State University. Liane is a 14x USA Powerlifting Drug free National Champion, 10x National team member, 4x IPF World Champion, 3-time World Games competitor as well as a world record holder in the bench, deadlift & total. Liane has also represented to United States in the 2003 ESPN’s World Strongest Woman Competition.

Heather is a gym and restaurant owning, homeschooling, and elite athlete momma and wife! She loves living life to the fullest and loving as many people along the way that she can. Empowering others to be the best version of themselves and living up to their fullest potential are everyday goals!!! Heather is a Certified Sports Nutritionist, Certified Holistic Nutritionist and Certified Adaptive Special Needs Nutrition and Strength Training, among many other certifications.

Amy is an adjunct faculty member of Spokane Falls Community College, teaching Introduction to Orthopedics to the 2nd year physical therapy assistant students. She has also been a guest speaker for Eastern Washington University’s physical therapy and athletic training program, teaching pelvic floor in multiple settings. 

Amy is board certified in Orthopaedics and has built a successful Pelvic Floor program for women and men at Apex Physical Therapy.  She received the inaugural certification in 2014 as a Pelvic Rehabilitation Practitioner through the Pelvic Rehabilitation Institute.

Danna Snow

Danna is the organizer of this event. She has been involved in powerlifting since 1997. She is the Washington State USA Powerlifting State Chair and State Chair Committee Chair. Danna is passionate about encouraging women to get into strength sports. Not only was she the meet director for one of the largest powerlifting events in history in 2018, she  also runs more than 7 other powerlifting events every year.
